Charles and Debbie shifted gears later in their career and began working with Cru (formerly Campus Crusade for Christ) some years ago. Their ministry positions with the Jesus Film Project have recently changed. Charle's new role is Partnership Accelerator for West and Francophone Africa. This role helps to increase the number of partners and multiply current partners' effectiveness through strategic consultation and collaboration across Africa. Debbie's new role is Partnerships Accelerator. This role helps to increase the number of partners and multiply current partners' effectiveness through strategic consultation and collaboration of prayer across Africa. The Hunts are based in Orlando, Florida.

The Jesus Film Project provides resources for mission organizations (including Cru and Jesus Film Project staff) and churches in Africa.
The Jesus Film Project partners with over 1,000 partners in Africa. The number of partners continues to grow each year.
The resources are film, equipment, and training.
There are several film resources. The well know film, JESUS, is available in over 2,000 languages. Many new language translations of the film are completed each year. Other key films are Magdalena, Walking with Jesus, and The Story of Jesus for Children. There are many other films that the Jesus Film Project has produced. Many of these are short films that can be effectively used as conversation starters at African Universities. Many African students are eager to practice speaking English with Americans.
