Children's Ministry

Hello Glenwood Families!

We welcome you to join us for our Sunday morning Children's Ministry classes for both our 9:00 and 10:30 am classes!

  • Infants – 2s in room 210 (main floor)
  • 3s – kindergarten in room 214 (main floor)
  • 1st – 5th grades in room 106 (downstairs)

Our outstanding teams of committed teachers are eager to share the Good News of Jesus with your child each Sunday. We invite your child to participate in both hours, enabling you to take part in both the worship service and Sunday morning ministry opportunities.

Our teams include 3 to 5 dedicated teachers in each class.  Your child will also enjoy the security of seeing these same caring teachers each week through the entire teaching year (September - July).  Our team sizes further reflect our value to provide supervisory accountability and safety for both teachers and students in the classroom.  All Children's Ministry volunteers are required to fill out a ministry application, provide references, and receive a Washington State background check.  Creating a safe environment for our children is important to us.

We facilitate additional safety standards by:

  • maintaining a well-child policy and ask that if you, or any of your children, are not feeling well (experiencing general malaise, fever, cough, runny nose, diarrhea, etc.), to please remain home.
  • cleaning our toys and high-use surfaces, as necessary.

We look forward to seeing you!
