Annual Meeting 2025

Our annual meeting will be held on Sunday, February 23rd. The meeting is split into two portions: a meeting devoted solely to the budget for 2025 from 5:00-6:00 p.m., and the annual meeting at 6:30 p.m. where official members will be voting on important items. Everyone is welcome, but we’d especially like to encourage voting members to participate. Board nominee informational packets are available in the foyer.
